“Hello Wintrust. I want to share my experience today, 12/14, that I had at the Hinsdale Bank in Hinsdale, Illinois. I needed to get a new corporation off the ground and needed to open up a new business checking. The lady in the service department greeted me immediately and sat me down and proceeded to handle everything I needed to get it off the ground. She was very thorough and very clear on every aspect. I was in there possible 60-70 minutes and it seemed like 5. I was so relaxed throughout thanks to the young lady. When I brought the paperwork to my accountant after he was amazed how fast and and precise the folder was set up for me. Before I left I asked the young lady if it was rude if I asked her her age. She politely smiled and said “I’m 23”. Myself being 62 I was in total disbelief how professional and well seasoned she was. The last thing I said to her was please do me one last favor and she said sure. I said please go home and tell your parents what a wonderful job they did with their daughter. Thank you Alma. I look forward to doing business referrals in your direction.”

I waited maybe 3 minutes at the most and the banker i dealt with was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and really made me feel like they appreciated my business. “I've been with this bank for almost two months and I am very happy. I was able to open an account online, and go from there. All of the tellers are very pleasant and professional. I always have tons of questions, being a new customer, and everyone is patient with me. They pretty much go the extra mile and I appreciate that. I've yet to stand in a long line or wait in a long line in the drive thru. The lobby and waiting area is always clean, and there are plenty of seats in the waiting area. Coffee, water, tea is available as well as hard candy for the kids that may come in with their parents. I also like the fact that this branch is open until 6pm (one of the deciding factors for me opening an account with them). The only downside to this location is the parking lot. It's pretty small for a national bank; and the spaces are very small and close together. I did have to drive around about 3 times once because there weren't any spaces available on a Saturday afternoon. If there was a bigger parking lot, or an additional parking lot nearby, this location would be perfect.”
