Horrible experience. I had $260 in overdraft fees which overdrew my account. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years. Went in and Jamie was the person that helped me extremely rude. Not understanding at all. Get a new job!

Best location unlike the one on Cass in westmont where the personal banker leesa was ignoring us and texting entire time . But this location is best , shut down the one on Cass and keep this one open.
