“I got scammed by a company that didn't give me my product and upon request for a refund, they gave me only a partial refund, this bank proceeded to help me out and some time later, give me that full refund, I've never had issues personally using this bank (other than its hours but it does have atms and phone apps to cover this) so in general I cannot relate to these other reviews that give a one star or otherwise”

“I lost my debit cards and I went into this branch and met with this incredible lady!!!! Her name is Beverly Graham!!!!! I might have the first name I correct but I know the last name is Graham!!!She helped me get all of my debit cards! She was so kind, sweet, and polite! Her customer service was amazing!!!!! I ended up being there for almost an hour just having amazing conversation with her! She is definitely a keeper! She deserves a raise! I live in Fairview. And I might just come to this branch just to see her again!”

I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America.
