“When I moved to the IL side of the river, I was disappointed that there was no PNC Bank near my near home. When I lived in STL, my PNC was a short drive or a healthy walk away. I loved my bank and was with them for over 15 years. Unfortunately I did not look at the next town over to discover this PNC and I changed banks to one close to my new home. One year later, I needed to research and get information from a previous bank statement that was 18 months old. When I tried to do it on-line, I could not access my records. So I got on line and found that there was this PNC in Edwardsville. I made the short drive and explained my situation to one of the customer service reps. He treated me as if I were still a customer and helped my find the information I needed. It took us a good 30-40 minutes. I may not still be a customer of PNC, but this branch gave excellent customer service. If you live in the area of this branch, I highly recommend them. I wish I lived closer.”

I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America.
