Hours: Architectural Designer that provides design solutions to meet the unique functional requirements and aesthetic desires of the client for their individual house and home. 1 A Design develops concepts, designs, and construction documents for all residential projects including but not limited to, custom homes, additions, renovations and remodels, kitchen and baths, basement finish outs, and exterior living areas. Primarily the design and drawing services are provided through the use of hand sketches and the SketchUp/Layout programs which give an almost realistic view of the project. In addition, construction management services can be provided for the projects we have designed.
