Speed is amazing. We are upgraded all the way. It's absolutely worth it. We rarely have any complaints. I do however get frustrated with the phone system. This was a very personal touch business in the beginning and I feel it's no longer that way. JMO

Great service! (Its not DSL-through the phone line--but broadband, so they install a type of dish on your house fyi) The storefront/office is only open two days a week, like Tues/Thurs 9-3, but you can make an appt if you need another day by calling them. You can also sign up on their website and they'll reach out to you.

Terrible service Slow wifi Unrelieable. Lies about 24 hour service Go frontier or heughsnet instead
