“Great place for reptiles and fish. Very knowledgeable people there. You can get a lot of cool stuff for snakes here and advice on feeding and caring for your snakes.”
“Excellent pet store. The price for their higher end food is comparable or better that the other feed store I was buying from before I moved. The ladies that work here are so sweet and very helpful as well. I switched my dog from a high end kibble to a frozen raw food diet and they were very helpful is letting me know the pros and cons and picking out the right brand. They also have a good variety of treats, toys, leashes etc.”
“Hands down amazing I will never go to Petco again! Amazing customer service and an enormous amount of options. I got my dogs birthday cake and gifts from here today and I am so happy I found them I will be back !!!”
“Pets & Things have been grooming our pup for almost 11 years. We love them!!! We moved away and still travel an hour to return because they're the absolute best!”
“Wonderful people who really know what they're talking about. Very helpful. I had several questions and needed some advise. Great prices too. Check them out .”
“We can’t say enough great things about Taylor! We bring our very anxious dog in every month just for nail trims, and she has been absolutely amazing with her. Our dog is usually very nervous, but Taylor is so patient, gentle, and kind that she actually feels comfortable with her, which means the world to us.
Taylor always does a fantastic job trimming her nails, and she takes the time to make sure the experience is as stress-free as possible. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. We always leave feeling grateful knowing our pup was treated with such compassion and care.
If you have an anxious dog, we highly recommend Taylor. She’s truly the best!”
“This is the absolute BEST pet store I’ve ever been to. Kayla is an animal godsend and I’ve never seen happier animals in my life. They have customers for life with my family.”
“Simply no other store like this. They have the widest variety of treats and foods and supplements for your animal. This is the only place I shop for my dogs foods and treat needs any more.”
“The customer service from Caroline here was amazing! We bought a lawn tractor (huge purchase) her advice was so good, she went out of her way to help us. We have already been back to buy more garden stuff. Fab prices great quality. Highly recommend a visit!”
“The grooming salon is amazing!!! Such great service and attention to detail. We have a large golden-doodle that has a coat like a sheep and difficult to groom. They take such great care of him and he looks amazing every single time. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! Thank you!”
“My dog & I love going to this pet store. Everyone makes you feel welcome. They will say hello & pet the dog & offer a treat. They always make sure to have full shelves with good choices. Its a rarity to find a store where every employee actually cares & this store goes above & beyond! I can even be in a bad mood yet come out of here a happy girl! 😊”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience with pups4kids and I can't recommend them enough! We got our girl here back in May, and she has been such a joy. We haven't had any health or behavioral issues with her at all. When we went to pick her up, she was in a very clean and well-maintained area. You can tell that all the puppies are healthy, happy, and well-cared for. Robin was also incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. If you're looking for a new furry friend, this is definitely the place to go!”
“Tina and staff are fantastic. I can bring my big dog in for nail clips and be done in a few minute. My dog loves Tina. Been going to canine clippers for over 20 years.”
“We did a beginner puppy class for our new pitbull that we got who was a year old and Morgan was absolutely fantastic! She was so on point and so into helping all the dogs everybody loved her. The dogs loved her. We loved her. She was awesome. Our dog learned so much in a few weeks. It was unbelievable. I highly highly recommend her and she is so personable, professional, and friendly.”
“Nice selection of gardening supplies, decor, tools, and real farming stuff. Also live chicks, a pet wash station, and zero-turn mowers. Clean and well organized, and staff is available and willing to help.”
“Ordered my new puppies food online and my order was ready to pick up in 30 min at the Crystal Lake, IL warehouse. The warehouse was clean and the young man handling my order and paperwork was presentable, courteous and professional.”
