“If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Everyone who lives near Spring Grove IL is lucky to have this place. They don't normally ship products, but I was in a bind finding my picky dog's food (sold out everywhere temporarily) and they happened to have some. When I explained my situation, they graciously offered to ship me some (to Texas), for which I am very grateful. They were very kind and courteous over the phone and my shipment came very quickly. I appreciate you folks!”

“Overall its a great place, lots of awesome toys and treats to pick from. I emailed them on Sunday to order my pup her 1st bday cookie, slightly clueless Ive never ordered for a pet before. I was asked promptly what I wanted for her and gave the details. She said it would be ready by Wednesday at the time I chose(2pm). Wednesday got here and I called to see if I could pick it up at 12 pm instead. They didnt see my order form so he made a new one saying itll be ready at 12. Awesome! When I got there, he said he was expecting a paper order form not an email. Thats fine. However when I got home, a 30 minute drive, I looked at it and it definitely looks like a rush job. My 10yr old could have done better. For $16 it could have looked a little nicer like on their website. Im sure she will enjoy it anways, a little disappointed in presentation.”

“$9.99 pet bath is totally worth it. First time trying it on my pug and it was a breeze!! I will definitely be using this for now on. They only have 2 bath stalls, but the space between them are perfect. Marge the Pug wasn't thrilled, because she thought she was going to get more treats.”

We do the training classes with Nick. Dani has been wonderful, and I’m not sure his name but he has curly hair. They are amazing and so helpful”

“They had what I wanted but not in the large bag and made no attempt to remedy that issue, very friendly service, lots of stuff. kinda pricey.I did find the bag size I wanted at another store, returned my purchas with no problem. In the good old days they would have made an effort to help me out the first time.Anyway, I will likely go back, adjust to "customer service" as seen today, and make the dog food last longer”

“Toadally Frogs is an excellent pet store beyond reptiles/amphibians. The owners and other ladies that work there are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I come here a couple times a week — whether it’s to buy feeders for my snakes or to just say hey. There is always something new to see! And Crikey the kookaburra is always good for a laugh or two. Overall it’s a great store and I love to be able to support local as well.”

“I recently visited Tails on lakes Pet Store because it was so close to where we are staying. I was thoroughly pleased with the vast knowledge the owner possessed about senior dog nutrition, she knew exactly what to recommend for our my senior wiener dogs in heart failure & elevated liver. The store has a wide selection of high-quality food options. I didn’t have to sift thought all the brands, I explained my dogs needs and she hand selected, both wet & dry food I requested, as well as appropriate Scooby snacks for old teeth & their health needs. Although I’ve never heard of the brands carried, I took her advice and purchased them, once home I combed over all the ingredients of everything I bought for my pups and was very happy with her choices. To my surprise the price point was inline with what I usually pay for the vet recommended food.Although I’m not staying in the area past next month, if I was, I would continue buying from this owner, she knows what she’s talking about and I will continue to purchase the brands she recommended.Thank you again for your help!”

“I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. Thank you Wauconda TS for the assurances your company provides in my purchases and care for my horse!”
