“I have banked with you all for a couple years now and you guys are a great bank, but the hours. Why do you guys have to open at 9am. Why not 8am when people really need you to. I work 12 hour shifts and get off at 7am. It's hard to wait 2 more hours to just have to get back out to go to the bank. Even your drive thru being open earlier would help us people that work the graveyard shift out a lot. For we do have a lot of stuff to do already at 7 am when we get out of work and waiting for the bank to open should have to be one of them. If walmart can open at 6 am it's not a bad thing you guys open at 8 am, but hey what do i know I'm just an night shift worker.”

“A strong recommend. Very down to earth for a banking institution. We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. The rate was hands down the best I saw anywhere and the fees were even better. The regular dividends on their accounts are also fantastic.”

“Bank teller came to my rescue on the UMB parking lot, when my cape became caught in my car door, jamming the lock, making it inoperable. I had to remove cape, leaving it "hanging" outside the car; go inside the facility, handle my transaction, after which, teller came out, and resolved the issue -- by him pushing on the door from the outside and having me pull the handle from the inside and then pushing out. I was on my way to an important event, and he "saved the day"! I got there on time. Above and beyond the call of duty.”

“I am not a member of this credit union. However, they are a Co-op Shared Branch with two other credit unions of which I am a member. Basically, these credit unions are in partnership with each other. This means I can utilize Arsenal Credit Union as my personal bank to retrieve & deposit funds from any of my other shared credit union accounts. At the ATM, I can use any debit or credit card from any of the other shared institutions (subject to limitations) & incur no usage fees. Absolutely the most convenient banking experience ever. Whenever I have to go inside, their service is always exemplary.”
