“I went to this place because it was recommended by a friend and I am glad I did!!! Never had better first rate customer service at any car place than I did here with Tom. Excellent service, excellent response time and excellent knowledge amongst everything else that was provided. I never got that typical sales person pitch or bad vibes from Tom, I felt I was getting honesty and no B.S. from Tom. Love my car! Love that I did not get stiffed on the pricing! Love this place! “I wish I could give 10 stars. I had been looking for a bronze corvette for about 2 years. I was online searching, and Callahan Car Company was the first company that popped up. The Z51, 3LT, Convertible, Bronze Corvette's picture was the first car in the lineup. I called and spoke with Mike. He said the car was available. We worked together for the purchase. Mike arranged for me to be picked up from Ohare International. This is what I call not just car sales, but automobile concierge service. Mike and his brother Kevin are true professionals and gentlemen. Kevin Callahan sent my name plate for the Corvette a few weeks later. This was a true sign of the ultimate customer care! You can't go wrong with Callahan Car Company. Thanks again gentlemen. I am truly enjoying the car.”

“Overall a decent experience. Dealership is very clean and both my salesman and the finance department were not pushy. Tom specifically was friendly, knowledgeable and not condescending. The car I was interested in leasing was actually on the lot when I arrived ( no bait and switch) and we were able to come to terms I could live with. Not 5 stars because I spent A LOT of time "pre planning" with the Internet sales person and what we discussed was " conveniently" left off of my notes. That was extremely upsetting, however my salesman ( as is his job) was able to get pretty close to what I originally wanted. Time was also a plus. Everything was extremely efficient once we settled on price. Total time from start to finish was 2 hours, so not bad. Overall I would recommend, I have had much worse experiences at other Mazda dealerships.”

“Outstanding in every way! Communication was great - Paul & AJ always returned my calls and responded to my texts in a reasonable time! The 2010 Yaris I bought had the lowest miles of 45 Yaris vehicles listed on a popular car buying site in the 2009 to 2011 range. For its age and mileage, the car was listed a little lower than the average of all the other vehicles with comparable mileage. The Carfax report was very detailed and provided a great history of the vehicle to help make a decision to buy this car. This is a very professional dealership and I highly recommend them if you’re looking to buy a used vehicle.”

“Even though it was a 4 hour drive each way from Iowa, it was worth every mile. This was a car on my short list it, If in the condition as advertised and discussed with Corey, and the were also offering a square deal for my trade. .I was on it the next day. Very easy to deal with. Then I feared driving that far to get nit picked on my Beemer trade, or getting hit with crazy add on fees. My fears were unfounded…Car was front and center and I was greeted as I pulled in. Very relaxed and I couldn't help not looking at their inventory. before taking the test ride. “I happened to be driving by this place when a I saw a Tacoma sitting outside on the lot. I stopped and was greeted by Sebastian who let me take it for a test drive. I have been in the market for a midsize truck but was in a tough spot and Sebastian went above and beyond to make my trade in and deal work. He is an honest guy and will do whatever it takes as long as you’re respectful. He provides a full concierge service you will not get at any other dealer. He was patient and he did a ton of leg work. I will be having him hunt down vehicles for me in the future and I’ve already recommended him to friends and family. 10/10”
