“I’m super, super late, but I could not let this month end without writing about my experience. My husband and I were on the hunt for a month in a half for a new SUV. We had a hard time finding a SUV with everything we were looking for, so we decided to look online and came across two SUVs that we could choose from. We took a trip to Infiniti of Naperville on November 3, where we met Mr. Jesse. He was so pleasant and helpful that it really felt like he was a good friend of ours. That’s how down-to-earth and knowledgeable he was about both vehicles. He made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and that we got all the features we were looking for. We drove off the lot with the Honda Pilot Touring. It is the perfect fit for us. We are glad we took the drive and we thank Mr. Jesse, for his time and patience and Mr. Drew, and Mr. Joseph, in the management department We highly recommend going there if you are in need of a new vehicle. The prices are unbelievable!!!!”

Starting with Yesenia Soto, a sales consultant, she was outstanding from the first moment I reached out about a vehicle to the very last minute of the transaction. This wasn’t the easiest deal, but she made sure I was updated at every step, answered all my questions, and never once showed frustration. She truly went above and beyond to make it happen, even personally dropping off my van at my house. That’s top-class customer service.
Pete, the GM, was also fantastic, working hard to get me the best deal while being super friendly throughout.
Alex in finance was just as impressive, he explained all the paperwork thoroughly and had me out the door quickly and efficiently.
And here’s what really stood out: this wasn’t a big, high-dollar deal. It was a smaller purchase, but the entire team treated me with the same care and respect as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. That kind of honesty and attitude speaks volumes.

“My son and I bought a Suburban from him on 10/26/25, and if I don’t update this, all is well! What surprised me most was the customer service. He closed early to go to a wedding but still answered the phone, and came in the next day to show us the truck, on a Sunday! He made the process really easy, and seemed to really care about the cars he was selling. He told me his process of getting them inspected, then driving them as his daily driver for a couple weeks just to make sure they were solid. It doesn’t seem like your average used car place! We were really happy with it!”

“My second car that I purchased from them. Sebastian, the owner, is a local dealer and he’s honest, communicates well and timely. Currently the used car market is overpriced and big name dealers are not budging or anything on price and I know as I’ve been looking for two months.
Sebastian sent me very detailed photos, videos, and info on all the cars. Told him what I wanted and he was out scouting online at auctions and visited local auctions. We had bids on 6 potentials but got outbid. Some of them he told me to stop and not offer more money as it was higher than market price. Finally found another one and we won that bid. I probably saved a few thousand dollars as compared to big name local dealers. That’s my big win saving money and helping a small business! He let me know when the car was delivered and I went to look at it and it was just as good if not better than what he sent me in the pics. I mean this experience is like a personal broker for car shopping.”
