Safe Harbor Rescue

Hours: Safe Harbor Rescue is the heart’s work of local veterinarian and Glendale Animal Hospital practice owner Lori Civello, DVM. Dr. Civello’s passion for helping primarily cats and kittens find homes led her to realize she had a hospital full of homeless pets—and in 2007 she decided to create a non-profit rescue dedicated to finding homes for these animals. Mixing her passion for sailing and her care for pets she named this new organization Safe Harbor Rescue.
