The staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Shift Lead gives you attitude when you call asking where your food is after sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes.

So not the first time this McDonald’s has messed up my food & not the first time I get attitudes for the mistake they made. My friend is allergic to pickles and I got pickles on both my sandwiches when I brought it up the crew gave an attitude for no reason! No apologies given at all! Poor and horrible management!!!
