“I had called several vendors that claimed to be able to repair stair lifts inclusive of (Angi) and the original manufacturer and installer (Acorn) but none were willing to provide the service, until I ventured to call Freedom Accessibility LL. The proprietor himself answered and made an appointment for that very day. He came out and in less than an hour he had the problem diagnosed and the device up and running. He’s a down to earth person that takes his work serious and produces results. During conversation with him I also learned that he’s also a licensed electrician as well. Call this company you’ll only get results.”

“When I started misunderstanding consonants, I searched for answers and help. I looked up my friend that knows about this and uses a little help him self. In fact he wanted to ask me and have a discussion for some time, but did not know how to start. SO I called Spring and made an prompt appointment with her. The test confirmed a bilateral high frequency mild hearing loss. All those years in the steel mill, Army, race car driver, hunting, woodworking, lots of loud events. Beltone has an agreement with my work location (inland steel / USW 1010) no cost hearing test, hearing aids, free batteries, l S D coverage, and quarterly checkups, tuning of devices if needed. Bell Care program. Spring, and Carla have been great and treat me right on my hearing needs. November 3 we do a new test, and I will be selecting my new model devices for the second 3 year period. I have my eyes on an upgraded model, the promise pse 1735 DPW with tel coils and dual mic's, and the device that allows control from my new iPad Air. Spring don't you think about retiring we need you! Always a pleasure DW”

This morning I called and talk to this very nice guy and he said he had what I needed and he would have it ready for me! He told me step by step how to get there and when I got there he was so sweet and kind and the place looked amazing! Came home took meds and feels great ! “I had a great experience with the 5 employees that I dealt with. I was very skeptical about having to pick up my order here, after reading the reviews. But staff actually went above and beyond to help me. I was originally going to pick up something for my son. Since I was there on regular crutches and I was having trouble with them, I asked a few questions regarding other crutches. They were very helpful answering my aquestions regarding the insurance also. Then they offered to have someone fit me for the crutches that I got somewhere else, to see if that helped me. I'd definitely go back again.”
