He took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel like I was being gaslit or upsold on any services, parts or products. Providing trustworthy and honest customer service seems to be top priority! On top of all of this, their prices were very fair and affordable. My drive home was the quietest, smoothest, and most stable that it’s been in weeks! “Excellent service. I called in the morning about having a muffler welded back onto my vehicle. I brought it in around noon and was able to pick it up after work. They charged me $80 and it was completed just as I was pulling in the parking lot. Since the service was great I will be coming back if I need other repairs I am unable to do myself.”

“Couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Carx on 101st and Western. After failing an emissions test on my 2015 jeep grand Cherokee, the staff at Car X got me in for an appointment within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. They called me less than12 hours later to say my thermostat was shot and needed to be replaced. With very little knowledge, i assumed it would be an expensive fix. Boy was I wrong. Total to fix the problem cost around $360 dollars and they even had me come back for one last check before returning to the emissions center to ensure the car would pass without any problems. They also email the emissions center with services performed so that I won’t have to spend 4 hours at emissions center waiting for this required paperwork to be sent over. The employees here are helpful, honest, quick, and do whatever they can to make things as easy as possible. I am now recommending them to all friends and family who need work done on their vehicles. You definitely won’t regret using them. They made a frustrating situation as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend and would give them 6 stars if I could!!!”
