“This is not a typical Western Union like in a grocery store. I actually like it alot more than that. You sit at a "kiosk" and fill all the information out yourself. When you are finished it ends with a phone number that was entered and you take that to the photo counter inside, in this case a Walgreens, answer a couple of questions, and then the transaction happens. Apparently it is even easier and faster if you have previously used the Western Union APP. Again I loved using this, have used it now several times without the APP and find it quick and simple.”

“Parking and driving around there sucks. But this is not their fault. I was at the pharmacy and (I wish I got her name) saved me with my prescriptions. I was having the worst day. I had to pay a ton for my doctors apt and then she came out and told me with insurance how much my medications were. I started crying. I have good jobs but still like everyone in moments we struggle. It was so so so so much money for 2 bottles of cream for my face. I was seriously panicking. She ended up helping me every way she could as much as she could and saved me prob hundreds of dollars. She went out of her way to help. I am very grateful. These people go up and beyond. I hopefully can look normal again soon. I owe her!”

“I want to commend the pharmacist at the Walgreens at 75th and Cass. there have been a number of times when he has gone out of his way to help me with prescriptions that have been held up either with the doctors office or the insurance. This time it was a reader for my husbands diabetic device. The insurance was delayed in approving it and when they did, the store was out one. He called a number of neighboring pharmacies to find out the closest one that had one in stock so that I could get it immediately. In the meantime, he was handling many questions that were directed at the pharmacist only and giving shots to people waiting in line at the same time filling prescriptions. Thank you again I appreciate your hard work, especially in this hard time when store seems to be short staffed.”
“I was using this location for sending money pretty often. Of course, there is not super customer services- but this is common for all Walmart locations, and most Money Gram locations- so don’t expect a fantastic experience, but, overall they are doing their job good”

“I don't know what else I can say other than they will let you use their bathroom even if you're not paying for gas or a trucker shower. Wait, you may not understand the severity of my plight. It was the first of April, and I had just had eaten my usual pound and a half of pierogis for 2nd lunch. Not just any pierogis, but pierogis filled with my husband's babcia's gourmet kapusta. My insides were screaming and my Torrid mom jeans were about to burst. I was driving down the Route 64 with my van shaking from the sheer ferocity of gale force flatulence. Then I saw the Pilot station, with its friendly semi truck wash and soothing red lights. It was a truck stop, which means it probably had those industrial sized toilets. Ordinary toilets won't cut it for a woman of my healthy size. Trust me, there's nothing more embarrassing than having the fire department bring in the ladder truck to extricate you from an American Standard. I didn't even bother turning the van off, just waddled into the Pilot station with the van still running. He didn't even say a word, just pointed to the bathrooms and made the sign of the cross. I glided across the floor like a hippo ballerina, and within seconds I was seated on the industrial sized cold porcelain. Now I'm not going to say how this story ended, but bless the Pilot Station janitors, they're doing God's work. Through tears and sweat, and I mean A LOT of sweat, I had made it. I am eternally grateful for Pilot. They are my Guardian Bowel Angels. And I didn't even buy a single item, how crazy nice is that? Too bad I can't give six stars”
