“1 A.M., AFTER 12 HOURS ON THE ROAD, MY TRAILER WAS DAMAGED AND COULD NOT BE PULLED. BILL SHOWED UP FOR A PRE TOW INSPECTION SO HE WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDED. LOOKING AS IF HE JUST WOKE UP, HE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... REASSURING. MY MINI NIGHTMARE INSTANTLY FADED INTO CALM PEACE OF MIND. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THE WORK AND DISTANCE NEEDED. I DIDN'T GET THE DISPATCHERS NAME, BUT SHE WAS AMAZING AS WELL. THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE, AND THESE FOLKS ARE SOME OF THE BEST!”

“My grapple truck was broke down, the rotator motor needed resealed and all of the local shops around me gave me the run around. They said they “think they can do it “ or they were “too busy” to get to it. So I called Sarco and they said to bring it down that they can fix it! I hopped in my truck and made the two hour drive to their shop and dropped off the rotator. 20 hours later it was finished! Now that’s what I call service! I will recommend this shop to all of my friends! Five stars doesn’t do justice for the professionalism of this place of business, they need ten stars!”

“I had hail damage on my roof from a recent storm. They got me in and out (obviously had to wait for insurance like everyone) but my car and roof looked like new. They had to fix a few without PDR, and with having a custom paint job they were able to paint match and it is amazing!!! Will use them again in the future!”

This place, these guys, care about their customers. Thank you so much for accomodating me. White cargo van, Luan”

“This place has the big truck parts you are looking for. And what they don't have there they will find and ship it in. I've seen them even get in transmissions! And considering their location they might be the most reliable source around. But what do I know? You need to stop in for your self.”

“Neal dropped me off at home live close by. They came back picked me up to get my truck. I was glad to get my truck serviced it really needed suspension and back breaks. Neal said I didn't need Struts which I was happy to hear and I didn't need back rotors just breaks. 2 repair shops said I needed them happy I didn't it was the sway bar that was loose I got a wheel alignment. I do appreciate their honesty. Although I wouldn't have mind getting new Struts since the truck is 15 years old and I don't have the last service record other than tune up done at 80,000 miles. New Struts up the road means another wheel alignment mechanic did mention it being a possibility ? later. My honest reaction to the price is overpriced since I didn't get Struts. ?”

“Early may my wife and I purchased 2017 armada platinum from kingdom auto. When we met the owner Dan King we emediatly were impressed. Dan is truly an HONEST person and caring dealer. We worked a price and he threw in a free 60 day / 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I warned him I would pick the vehicle over during this time which I did. Had an inspection done ,resulted in 4 pages of issues needing repaired along with other preventative maintenance I wanted done. All this AFTER purchase. Dan stood behind his word 100 percent. Didn't balk or question anything. Fixed every issue without any doubts. Now I'm 66 yrs old ,owned Alot of cars and trucks and have never met a more honest dealer, mechanic, and business owner. He now has all my maintenance business along with my go to man if I'm looking for a used vehicle. I highly recommend Dan King at kingdom auto sales and service in Litchfield Illinois. Trust me when I say he's a rarity in today's world. Great morels and integrity. My wife and I also feel we've made a good friend. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING DAN. GOD BLESS.”

“It was really hot today and I had my baby with me, the tech had me go inside and came to me to check in. They did a quick job considering the amount of customers they had to take care of. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I appreciate everyone’s kindness, especially on a busy and excruciatingly hot day.”
