“I'd previously been to Checkpoint for help getting a tire on a wheel, which they did for free. Figured that down the road when I had a car issue I'd come in and save money (vs dealer).Fast forward to about a month ago.....My f-150's water pump went out. (Very surprising.) Checkpoint was responsive, they got me in reasonably quickly, and work was done in a day, and at a good price. Trucks runs perfectly again.Much appreciate them.”

“Been going here for a few years for regular oil changes, they are always pretty quick except for a couple of times when they were short staffed, which still wasn’t a terrible wait. They also have a rewards program and I have been able to redeem a couple of free oil changes over the years. Most recently I had a brake rotor break on my car, I took it to onestop right when they opened at 8am on a Saturday, had new pads and rotors put on plus an oil change for a decent price and had my car back by 1PM same day. Very happy with the service and the speed they deliver at.”

“Best oil change you can get for the price and your time. Since I started taking my car to Checkpoint I've never taken it anywhere else. The lube center guys are great! Polite and explain what you need but never feel pushy or like they're trying to oversell things you don't really need. As a single mom/woman I was always nervous needing car repairs. Didn't want to be taken advantage of. Can honestly say in the 20yrs I've taken my car here, not ONE bad experience! I can't say that about many other businesses. He has driven to where I was broke down around Auburn and even to my home in Chatham once. There was a time I hit a deer and Paul banged the dent out for free! “I was meeting my sister in Springfield when my car started to smoke so I checked under the hood and my coolant was bubbling so much it was overflowing. I took it to Walmart and they couldn’t do anything for me and sent me here. Even tho Ruggless was booked out they looked at my car and filled my coolant up so I could get home. I highly recommend them! They made my day so much better. Thank you guys so much!”

“Thanks to Devin Fuchs, the whole process of purchasing a Crosstrek was a very pleasant one. He was kind, patient, and attuned to our concerns and laughed at our silly jokes. We are elderly people and he treated us with the utmost respect and was very reassuring about all aspects of the process. He had a keen sense of our trepidation’s and very gently addressed them without making us feel any discomfort. More importantly he spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the model we were interested in. He checked it’s availability and told us a couple were available within a few weeks and color’s that would be available. It was the best news for us. When the vehicle was delivered earlier than expected he contacted us and even took pictures of it so we could decide if we liked the color.When we agreed to buy it he made the transaction process very smooth. We wanted to have remote start installed he said we could do it with a Suburu app and would install the app on our phones. We are not very tech savvy. We were delighted and thankful to have Devin go out of his way to help us.When we took possession of Crosstrek, he spent a good deal of time to familiarize us with the display icons. We requested that he ride with us in the dealership lot so wr could feel more comfortable driving it home.You should look into cloning him and have one Devin Fuchs in each of your green dealerships.In short he is the very best sales rep we have ever had to interact us. We have bought several Toyotas at Green Toyota over the past two or more decades and never had such a lovely person to interact with during the purchase process. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 stars I would.”

“Went to other tire service centers, but they wouldn't order the specific tire we wanted, so we decided to order them online through Walmart and get them put on here. The price was fair ($75 to install all 4 tires) and we were pleased with how quick the tires were shipped to the store. They said it would take a while to put the tires on due to them being larger, but it only took an hour, so it was very convenient. They didn't offer a warranty plan to us because it was for a commercial vehicle, but we didn't mind that. Wouldn't hesitate to buy tires again from here.Service: Tyres”

“Visited Green Audi because my 2020 Audi SQ5 was low on oil and the dashboard light came on and needless to say they went above and beyond to take care of me. I will start by saying I was a little lost upon arrival as I went to the Audi sign but that's just the sales department. You enter the service department through the Toyota dealership. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and met Emma. I informed her of my concern and not having an appointment and she sad no issues we'll take care of everything and invite me into the waiting room. The waiting room is large, has coffee, water, pop/soda, and popcorn. They also have desk like setups to work too. This service center is amazing and took great care of me on whelm. Definitely go here for service and work with Emma.”
