If you haven't yet, I highly recommend trying their subs! The food is great, the owner is a very nice guy and this is the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen.

Ray is always fantastic. Great conversation and delicious sandwiches!!!! Hands down worth it!
No one does his own bread but us. We make our bread daily, fresh from scratch. No one sells homemade bread except us. No one slices meats and cheeses daily but us. Fresh cut vegetables and fresh sweets daily. No one drives from different cities near and far just to buy the best subs except when it comes to us in Macomb or in Chicago. International Sandwich Shop is the best simply because it takes anyone 1 time visit to repeat coming every time.
