“5 stars bc wow! Overtly impressed.Unfortunately, I have a Hyundai. I bought it bc I didn’t want to be a target as a travel nurse, just wanted something to get me from A-B. Well guess what, I’m a huge target now.My cars’ windows were smashed in last week and steering column was tampered with, but the thieves, I’m assuming, had no idea what a 6 speed was so my car wasn’t stolen…Anyways. I’d switched back to Allstate after a bad experience with Country. Country was always saying, oh that’s not covered, that’s not on your policy etc.It took me a day to call Jim’s office and I ended up speaking with Alex (who was the one who wrote my policy last year). Alex is the real MVP here. I thought I had a deductible and I was really scared to find out how much I’d have to dish out for this “experience”. Alex said, oh you don’t have a deductible, I built that into your policy ? And then I said well I know I don’t have rental and Alex said oh no you do, I made sure that was in your policy too.Like what??? It gets better though.So I asked about rental, if they have to go through a certain company (and I was praying he wasn’t gonna say Enterprise bc I’m NEVER using them again after they stranded me in Tampa with my 2 daughters at midnight after paying in full at the airport) and he says Enterprise ? So I asked about a reimbursement for using a different company and he said yes, they sure can. So I booked my rental with Turo, another 5 star review bc they’re also amazing.Alex - thank you for your knowledge and expertise. You’ve saved me worry and anxiety. You are a true asset to the office.Time to get a Honda.”

“I contacted this agency while quoting a few insurance companies, I left my previous one because of their lack of good customer service which is extremely important to me, I initially spoke with Alex whom was very informative and respectful, willing to listen to my needs and frustration (searching for the best company for you can be very frustrating), I had to get back to him after speaking to my husband, Alex was very understanding and I didn’t felt any pressure to bring my business to this agency, we agreed this was the best option and called him (Alex) again almost at closing time, he picked up the phone right away and was willing to process our request as new customers.
