I understand that bankruptcy records are public, but people dealing with it already have enough problems in their life. Sending mass mail to fresh bankruptcy filers in a small town, hours away from your dealership, with the words “RE: CH 7 & 13 BANKRUPTCIES” viewable in the address window, is a complete jerk move.
