“Let me start off by saying this shop is Top Notch! Great prices and great knowledge on every type of bicycles, and if they don't have the answer, they will look into it and get back to you. I've taken several of my bikes over there and they've always had taken care of me! Unfortunately for me my local bike shop, Wheel and Sprocket definitely over charges for service, which is sad, but the fortunate part is that I will always go to Glenview Cycle for any of my needs. Alan has always been kind and patent person with me on my requests on things and my latest project which I should be receiving soon and would like to give props to is one of the guys there, Isacc the Wizard of installing DI2 wiring and making sure everything works and provides opinions on what would be best for your bike. Great experience with Isacc, also pretty cool guy and chill. I had asked him to send me pics of the progress and minutes later I had got them which was pretty cool .. he also face-timed me on some of details that he thought would work best before doing anything on the bike which for me is more than above and beyond other shops would probably do for anyone. Very grateful for Glenview Cycle keep up the great work you all do there!!”

“Wow! I just cannot say enough good things about the staff and service at Green Bay Cycles.My father recently had major ankle surgery, so must use a “knee scooter” to be able to move around the house while keeping his surgical foot suspended. The scooter has a handbrake on the handlebars similar to brakes on a bicycle, so when we couldn’t get the brake to work I figured maybe there was a chance that a bike shop might be able to fix it.The staff immediately went to work, moving the scooter’s handbrake from the right side to the left, adjusting it for the softer pull and closer grip that my father desired, and even fixed the parking brake—all the while projecting a welcoming warmth and sincere desire to help.With the scooter now transformed into a match safer and more user-friendly device, I took out my credit card feeling happy to pay whatever price they thought fair. To my surprise, however, they refused to charge me! Instead, the owner shared his own experience healing from a similar surgery, and how much people had helped him along the way.To say I left Green Bay Cycles impressed would be a major understatement. I cannot remember the last time I experienced a business anywhere near as friendly, responsive or accommodating. GBC staff, thank you again!!”

“I purchased my Trek bike last year and during the summer I was having issues with my front derailleur, as it would jam very badly. It finally jammed so bad that I could not fi myself.. They saw the problem pulled the crank and adjusted the derailleur immediately. I was on my way in 5-10 min. I should of gone in when it happened the first time. (Duh!)The rest of my rides the derailleur worked flawlessly. Now in 2024, I just had my 1 year checkup done and they were again great.Just go in and look at their bikes and talk to the folks.”

I ended up buying some accessories as well because of their service. Now I know where to rent from when I’m back in town next time.”
