“This was my second bike purchase from George Garner Cyclery, and once again they nailed it. This time I went for my first real road bike, and the very next day I put 50 miles on it. Couldn’t be happier with the bike. The staff helped me with everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was fully set up and ready to ride. Great people, great service.”

“Excellent selection of bikes, riding gear and superb customer service. Always take the time to listen to the customer and provide the best advice and assistance. The service team is awesome, they take the time to assess and explain any maintenance /repair needs. I’ve had all my bikes serviced and maintained by the W&S team. Never an issue or complaint. Overall 5-stars all around- selection, customer service, pricing and bike service/ maintenance!”

“I highly recommend Al's Cycle Shop! I brought in a bike that hadn't been used in nearly 20 years for a full service, and to get new tires and inner tubes. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, treated me so well, and got the job done fast. Before any work was done, they provided me with an estimate and their prices are more than fair. The bike came back in excellent condition and had been great to ride. I couldn't be happier to have Al's as my go-to bike shop right here in town!”

“Just needed someone to look over my bike and let me know if it needed any work before going on a long ride. Kelcy gave me a free eval, told me everything looks decent and what to look out for in the future and I was on my way. Will be back for my future bike needs”

“I brought my frame in to have a bottom bracket installed. They really know their stuff and did it professionally, quickly and for a very fair price. Looking at their shop and workspace, they are really experienced in working on high end bikes. I will certainly be back.”

“Greg and everyone at Deerfield Cyclery were fantastic. I stopped in several times before buying and never once felt pressured — I always felt welcome and comfortable asking questions. Greg was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about cycling. The entire process felt professional, personal, and easy from start to finish. I couldn’t have had a better experience and would highly recommend them.”

“Duncan at Erik’s helped us get the perfect bike for our grandson. The big box stores only have a few displayed and are rather cheaply made. Some of the bike stores only had high end bikes. Duncan found us the perfect bike, the right size, well-made, and a very fair price.”

605 Green Bay Rd, Wilmette IL 60091
“Excellent used bikes. I wasn't in the market for a new bike so I can't speak to that, but given what you pay for a new bike these days, you can't go wrong buying one of their used bikes. Everything is perfectly tuned and ready to go.”

6450 N Central Ave, Chicago IL 60646
“Had a wonky loose seat issue on a newer bike that I purchased at another bike shop. I didn't have the tool on me to do the tightening and still had several miles to get home, so I took a gamble and stepped into this shop. They took care of me right away, tightening up the seat bolt, offering advice, and they didn't charge me anything for taking the time to do so. These folks get a big thumbs up from me for their customer service! I'll be back in the future when I need something for my bike and I'll be happy to support a business like this.”
