“I haven't been with Allstate for very long, but I can attest that Sheila and her team are the bomb. They have provided me with nothing but courteous and professional service. When, through no fault of my own, I was involved in my first auto accident ever, I was rattled.I called her and she and her staff patiently explained the process to me. I truly don't know what I would have done had I had to go through some type of phone chain or had to speak to an automatic voice. They were responsive and very empathetic. Price wise Allstate is fair to maybe a bit more, but remember you get what you pay for and I for one would happily pay a bit more knowing if something goes wrong, a living, breathing person will have my back.”
