Start Farm has the lowest rates I can find and the best coverage. The staff at Finny Rachel are top notch. Vicki is the best, I've been with working with her ever since I started driving.

My experience with the office was great. Diane was very helpful process. My accident was held up extremely because of the other insurance company. I believe I would refer State Farm to anybody.
