“I have been without my brand new Toyota Camry for a month now. I went to Toyota in Champaign and they were not helpful at all. They kept telling me that they were waiting for a part but it was on back order and that we just needed to wait for it to come in. They couldn’t give me an ETA or anything because it was coming out of the country and they didn’t have that information. I waited patiently for a month waiting for the part. It got to a point where I absolutely just needed my car. I did some digging of my own. First place I called was Toyota in Danville (should have called this place first a month ago when I was having problems) tell me why Jason from parts was THE most helpful person. He gave me the information I needed and did ADDITIONAL digging for me. He told me to call Toyota in Indianapolis because it showed that they had the part there. I called Toyota in Indianapolis and I talked to someone in parts unfortunately I did not get his name. But he was so so very helpful as well. He gave me a few numbers to call including Chicago that showed that they also had the part there because the part that they had there in Indianapolis was reserved for someone already. He gave me their phone numbers. I called a few places and turns out that they had the part in Tinley Park Toyota. If it wasn’t for Jason in the parts department and the very nice gentleman in Toyota Indianapolis giving me just a few simple phone numbers and looking up possible places of where they could have my part, I would probably still be waiting. It’s something SO simple to do for a customer. It only took 5 extra minutes. Champaign Toyota couldn’t even take an extra 5 minutes to call around to see if they had this part lying around somewhere. This could have been resolved a LONG time ago. Thank you Jason in Danville and Toyota Indianapolis for being awesome!!”

“I bought a 2022 Toyota Camry from Mario, and he was very polite and explained everything to me about the car. I couldn't ask for a better salesman. Last week I hit a curb and noticed my tire was going flat quick and I took it to Toyota to the service department and talked to Logan. I had a hole in my tire and they had a tire in stock and took care of it for me immediately because I was unable to drive it.. I also needed a alignment which was set up the next day by Logan. Now the car is back to perfect for me again. Logan was very polite and kept me posted all the way on how things were going. I am extremely satisfied with Mario and Logan and the Toyota dealership in all as everyone was polite and professional. Both times I went in for the service department Mario was there and made sure he come up and talk to me and ask me if I had any questions about my car. He even took me for a drive to make sure I understood everything and it was driving correctly. When everything was done, they had my car, clean and shiny and was still wiping it when I went to pay for everything. I definitely recommend Toyota dealership of Danville and Logan and Mario! I will never go anywhere else now. Five stars from me.”

“If I could give 100 stars if I would. We are from Nevada and just passing when our rv engine caught fire on the 74. They towed off the highway and to their shop (let a mechanic look at that doesn't even work for them) when we were quoted $2500 just for labor from a man who didn't even speak English we asked ccharnaghi if they could take a look at it. They worked on the bus for a few days and with parts and labor it was under 700 bucks. Pffft... talk about honest. I definitely recommend them!!! “I took my travel trailer (25ft dual axles) to have the bearings repacked and the wheels balanced along with an alignment/balance/rotate for the tires on my truck. From when I first called to when I picked up my truck and trailer, these guys were professional, helpful and overall just great to talk to. They went above and beyond checking my brakes, tires, etc. and showing me the what/why things needed serviced/fixed . I would definately recommend these guys to any family or friends.”
