“Just had an accident. Tom and his staff were extremely helpful in an unusual situation. I was able to obtain an estimate immediately using the phone application which allowed me to take a picture. I received the estimate and a fair settlement immediately and a reimbursement check within only a couple days through the mail. I've been with this agency for years and have always been highly satisfied with their responsiveness and service.
