“Had a billing error that occurred over a substantial period of time, partially due to my negligence, and had a great customer service experience with both the onsite manager and customer service representative having full transparency and communication. (Would highly recommend the extreme wash package during summer for the included tire shine as it works better than canned products)”

“This place is the best! So fast. The pharmacist actually went out of her way to grab me some dye free ibuprofen!! I knew it existed. If, Nikki, or any of her staff see that you are in physical pain? She will personally take your wait time from 20 minutes to 10 minutes because that is the quality of care she and her staff gives. Nikki is outstanding. She is on top of her game, always. I have never had to wait 2 hours for a script. If I need a refill? You best believe that Nikki will personally see to it that it is followed through on quickly, precisely, as needed & as expected from a Pharmacy. Nikki is an asset to the Industry. My grandfather, of whom is a retired pharmacist, would say “This is the place to go.” Ashley, Deanna, Kirsten & Kari are the most pristine Pharmacy Techs that there are! They are always so kind and it is never too much trouble for them to go out of her way for me to grab some Ibuprofen through the drive through. They also goes above and beyond and deserve a promotion! But, Ashley? She is my soulmate! She knows what I want before I want it and goes out of her way to do it for me. Ashley is the absolute best of them. She truly deserves a promotion!!!!”

She was very helpful and graceful tonight as I keep getting in line to purchase more scratchers and needed money exchanged as the self service machine wasn’t taking my $5. “I only shop at this location when I am in the area, and I am never disappointed with the service. The store is small but has most of the items you would need. They do not sell alcohol at this location and the Circle K Rewards Program does not work at this location.”

“All these other reviewers are on something. I don't know how to follow directions and they didn't cater to me. Wahhh. The pump doesn't work and instead of doing the obvious thing when the person told me to switch pumps I'm offended. People it's a gas station. They are friendly. They have gas. They have snacks. This isn't the 4 seasons. Get a grip and be better humans. Moaning on the internet just makes you look bad, not the business.”

“I’m not sure about other experiences, but I had an experience with my insurance rejecting medication and the pharmacist I spoke to did whatever she could to help out. Both of the pharmacists were super kind ladies who clearly work very hard to make the process smooth for everyone.”

“My children only partake in skim milk. Don’t ask me why I was raised on 2%. I called this location and at 12:30 AM Kendra answered the phone and we discussed the possibility of Circle K having skim milk. She went to the cooler and there was nothing there. Then she told me hold on a minute I’m gonna go in the back and check in the cooler.”
