“Great service. Shane showed up very quickly in a storm when our van wouldn’t start. We were two hours from home, and he found someone to fix our van for us that night and towed us right there. Would highly recommend!”

“They did a fantastic job with not only fixing my car, but going above and beyond! Cleaning the entire inside of my car and organizing all the mess in the trunk of my car was something I never asked them to do, but they did it anyways! That’s 5-star customer service right there!”

“10 outta 10 would recommend this shop to any one of my friends or family in the area. They handled my tire issue on a very busy weekend when they really didn’t have to and they were very communicative and friendly. Not a single negative thing to say about this place, I will be returning when it’s time to replace my other two tires:)”

“Best shop there is in the Area!!! Those guys will help you when you are down! They had one mechanic on duty, short staffed and backed up , for days I had a flat tire and Road ranger compressor did not work to inflate it to get to PERU, or SAPP BROS They said come over , we can Inflate the tire so you can make it to a shop. That never happens , but they help a trucker out!! When we got there , they fixed the tire, so we can keep the wheels turning Great people !!! Not a lot of those Mechanics around left”

“I called 3 other places that either lead me to some corporate call center or just never sent me a quote. When I called the glass guy, someone in the office immediately took my call and had a quote ready the next day. They were friendly and clear about the whole process”

“The people here are amazing and kind. I had an engine issue while I was driving on a trip—I was about 2 hours away from home and 2 hours still from my destination—and I pulled up to their shop asking for help. They not only helped me while they were extremely busy, they gave me advice, and when they knew they weren’t going to be able to be the ones to fix the issue (it was an issue that can’t be fixed, by the way, only replace the engine) they refused to let me pay them for their time and the new spark plug they bought to confirm the issue. Ariel was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful. I will never forget the generosity these people showed me. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to give them my business and send my friends and family to them. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Ray does great work! Super nice and knowledgeable technician! I do refer people I know regularly but since he does do such great work it can be a few weeks to get a time slot for an appointment but I've always been satisfied.”

“I broke down on the highway on a Sunday, panicking a bit before getting a tow to JRs shop. They opened the shop doors late at night, gave me a place to hang while waiting for repairs. They were working by the next morning, at very fair prices. Just your classic, multi-generational auto shop with hardworking, knowledgeable staff and a desire to help and do good work. Thank you JR and team for getting me back on the road!”

“It is so refreshing to come across trustworthy, wholesome guys like them. I called a couple days ago explaining a noise coming from the front end of my car. Randy said to come by anytime the noise was occurring so he could take a drive and listen to it. The next day he had my car hoisted up- took a look- lubricated what was needed- then said to come by in a few days of the noise still occurs. Great place and great people! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!”

“Absolutely the best towing company we have dealt with. He picked us and my truck up from Princeton and took us back to Henry. Dropped off my truck and even gave us a ride to our house! His prices are unbelievable! I highly recommend Haps Towing!”

“Hottest weekend, temp index reaching 110, this July 4th, 2022 weekend. My van had the one click, no start. Sunday morning, all service shops closed. Sent a messenger inquiry and got an answer! Shane was over to my driveway with auto system test equipment. It's repaired this am and I am very grateful! Didn't have to wait weeks, competitive price. Will be back!”

“We had a blown out tire and were stranded outside Princeton on a Friday evening with no company in the area willing/able to help us. When we called Walmart, Matt and Braylon offered to stay over 30 minutes late for us to get towed to their location for a tire replacement. Then they worked until we were good to go. These two men were extremely respectful and helpful, and we got a perfect tire that got us driving out of there smoothly. We are so grateful for them for helping out when no one else would. Matt and Braylon are star employees who went above and beyond just doing their jobs. Thank you guys.”

“I go in often for a chicken wrap. While they are always yummy most of the time they have too much sauce. The gentleman working in the kitchen today did a perfect job on the wrap. It wasn't messy with too much sauce.”
