Randy said to come by anytime the noise was occurring so he could take a drive and listen to it. The next day he had my car hoisted up- took a look- lubricated what was needed- then said to come by in a few days of the noise still occurs. Great place and great people! “I broke down and got towed to them, not knowing anything in the area, from PA. The owner took 1-2 hrs of his time seeing if he could help and working on it, ended up telling me it’s a dealer specific issue and nothing he could do.Crazy part is he didn’t charge me a cent and then helped me get car to the nearest dealer. He Walked into the dealer and was trying to get them to schedule me ASAP. It was as if the guy was a close friend. Was bending over backwards to make sure I was getting the best care in a tough situation. And once again, never asked me for a cent. Couldn’t believe it.”

“Our minivan serpentine belt broke on the highway, a long way from home on a very long hard trip, and we managed to steer off to the gas station. When I googled nearby repair shops I noticed there was a truck repair across the lot. Though they don’t typically service minivans they quickly helped figure out the problem and even got the part from a local place and brought it back to make the repair. Saving me the need to be towed. They treated us so kindly and welcomed our three kids into the lobby. I am truly so grateful! Their hospitality and service was a blessing to us on a difficult day. 10/10 recommend this shop”

“Had issue with battery purchased this past summer from Walmart. As soon as the weather got below freezing the car wouldn't start after sitting all night. Battery tested bad, and was replaced with a different battery group with higher CCA. Tech checked all the dimensions to make sure it would fit, even the height of the battery so it didn't short out on the hood. Haven't had any starting issues so far, but it hasn't been in the teens like it was when the issues with the other battery started. Tech said even if the CCA drops with colder temps, the higher CCA of the larger battery shouldn't drop below the above freezing CCA of the previous battery. That's quality technical service right there, not just a part swapper. Coming back to buy tires soon. Thanks!Service: Battery”
