I visit my dad from time to time and he okay with living here, but they should replace the carpet, the oven and refrigerators in all of the apartments since everything looks outdated including the Air conditioner/Heater. Would be nice to see them changing this place since they been here for 41 or 42 years by doing that... read full comment

I would recommend Valkommen. Every place will have it’s pros and cons, but Valkommen has more pros than cons.

This property is in need of complete renovation. upgrade their heating to a better system. remove the sprinklers and put something safer and more comfortable for the tenants. fix the elevators and it's very confusing what door is the front and the back to the people that never been there before and be delivering food.
