Ita Reilly is very customer focused and has put in the extra effort and taken the time to explain in detail every question I posed, as well as providing helpful information navigating the bank's processes and procedures. When I asked questions not common knowledge, she followed up after talking to the appropriate people, and really went the extra mile by following up on my new account, to make sure everything was going well. “I rarely visited here in the past. Some of the employees don't seem happy here. Lately I do notice a friendly lady in the drive through and at the Teller line. She's the tall Bulgarian lady with a calm and welcoming warm smile on her face. I get to talk with her today, and found out her name is of Greek origin - Bolsa? Sorry if I got it wrong, I'm terrible with names. But I feel welcomed whenever greeted by / transacted with her.”

“I am relatively new to the area, having just moved back to Illinois from Texas, and was looking for a bank in the area, already having had a bad experience with a competitor around the corner. Then I located PNC, and found they had a promo online, which I enrolled. All was good until I encountered a small glitch in my direct deposit that I thought would affect the promo and my new relationship. Well low and behold, up stepped Jake Delort, the VP Branch Manager, and what could have been a HUGE problem, became one of the most rewarding and satisfying experiences I have ever had with customer service. This gentlemen was a first class professional, who gave me not only service and satisfaction, but a reputable and quality first impression. The local bank changed its records and then referred me to their tech department. “I have worked with TD Ameritrade for a number of years and they've been wonderful in the majority of respects. They're not open on Saturdays but I can live with that. Anyway, I happen to use an Adviser on their platform, Creative Planning, that another reviewer had a negative experience with. I did not experience anything negative whatsoever (To the contrary). The Adviser was able to assist me with recognizing several important issues I was unaware of previously which was surely costing me money. I recommend TD Ameritrade and Creative Planning enthusiastically.”
