Don’t say you can go to any planet with a black card and NOT mention you don’t have to pay an extra Fee per time you visit an outside Club. Greedy company. Wasting peoples time signing up thinking they are getting on this and then switching up

Horrible customer service, company ran like a used car lot. I probably won't ever join again.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone! You try to call the corporate office and it tells you to hit customer service which takes you back to club info. You would think, there would be a working website or an email to communicate problems/concerns.
