Hours: CAP Catering Services is Community Action Partnership of Lake County’s first social enterprise. Established in 2005 when CAP of Lake County opened its newly built administrative and Head Start facility. The new building included a commercial kitchen for meal preparation and a 200-capacity multi-purpose room.​ Venue 1: CAP Catering Banquet & Meeting Center, 1200 W.
