“My car was totaled by a deer in November. They assessed the damage through photos and estimated $3000 so it wasn't in a hurry to get it into the shop. The end of December/beginning of January I was able to bring it to a local shop and it was deemed to be $7000 so the car was a total loss. Insurance paid out the value of the car to my lien holder and the title was mailed to me. I only take one start away because communication wasn't the best but they did their part and my claim adjust chanti was good!”
