“I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”

“My wife, three boys, and I recently moved from the United States to Ireland. We were looking for a service where it was door to door delivery to make our lives easier with three little ones. Therese, of EuroShippers, was so personable and very helpful with the whole process. She was very responsive to any questions we had about getting the right documents together and made it super easy going. The drivers of the containers were so patient and took care when pulling into both driveways here and abroad. I would definitely use EuroShippers again if I required the service again. Took about 6 weeks for our container to arrive in Ireland. We were ok with that so we had time to get adjusted as a family before being bombarded with boxes. We got the 20ft container and fit a household of stuff plus ride on toys and outdoor toys for the kids. Would definitely recommend.”

“let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!”

“I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the amazing service I received today from BEST transportation, specifically a great guy named Mariano. He delivered a stacked microwave/oven combo today that weighed a ton. I didn't order the item and had no idea it was set for curbside delivery. It was delivered to a loft building and I somehow needed to get the unit up to the second floor. The stairs are long, steep and have no middle landing. . .just straight up. Mariano realized it would be impossible for me to do this alone especially in a high traffic area. Without a moment of hesitation he said "I will help, Let me help." This guy literally with me only guiding the unit from the top lugged this ridiculously heavy item up the stairs. He was definitely winded after the trip up and im not sure how he did it. I'm very grateful for his help. Thank you very much Mariano. The Best service I've ever had. I hope you are rewarded for your great work. Your company should be proud to have you.
