The machine was very noisy. So much so that it was getting scarey. Didn't wash very well either. Not the norm I must say. My husband would always come here before anywhere else until this visit

It was real wet and soapy and the brush worked great along with every selection on the wand.

Used the self serve wash, I brought my own change this time and didn't use there vacuum because the last 2 times I tryed the vacuums it took my money and didn't work, the self serve wash worked fine
