It's been more than an hour late and there has been no updates from the bus station- how do you not know when a bus is late and for how long ?!?!?

Terrible I wish I could give it a -5 stars, unprofessional,rude, unwilling to work with riders. Every time I ride Miller's transportation it's a terrible experience.

I take the Miller Trailways At least twice a week and I have never had any problems with the bus or the driver.. occasionally, the bus will be a few minutes late due to traffic or weather but nothing too extreme.. they say the buses have free Wi-Fi but Alot of times, the buses lack wifi.
