“I came in because my daughter was due for an update, and also because I had been having a very annoying and difficult to diagnose issue with my phone. I am pretty tech savvy and can usually fix most issues myself, but I wasnt having much luck with this one. Dylan helped me, and from the very start you could tell he was a professional. Just by watching him it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. It only took him about 10 minutes to solve an issue I had been trying to fix for over a week. Afterwards he walked my daughter(who just turned 12) through the whole process of getting a new phone and did an amazing job of interacting with, and explaining everything to her, and really made her feel involved and in control of the whole process involving the selection of her new phone and accessories. Overall, it was one of the most if not THE most, enjoyable experiences/visits I have ever experienced at any store ever! Dylan was approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful, polite, and easy and fun to talk to and interact with. I wish every Verizon employee was like Dylan!”

“I have always been pleased with Cricket, and the service they have given me and my smartphones. I live in Richmond, so normally I go there. Recently, the boy who has helped me.since I came to Cricket left to take another job. There has been new help there, and they have been able to help me, but one boy couldn't help me when I was having problems with my portable phone charger. I tried to explain the problem to him, but he treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I was in a bind and needed help, because I didn't whether the problem was the charger or the cord. I go down to Connersville many times, and I knew there was a Cricket store there, so I decided to go over there to see if they could help me. I went there, and I was helped by a girl, I believe her name was Anna. I explained the problem, and she listened to me. She eventually figured out the problem was both the charger and the cord. She was able to help me find a new charger and cord, and we made sure they worked with my phone, and they did. I was so happy with the service she gave me, and I don't regret making the drive out of town for service I should have gotten in Richmond. I will continue to go to Richmond, but if I am ever in this situation, I know where to go.”
