“Employees are very nice very helpful and I have no issues with the customer service. The car however, was a different situation. The front end shook horribly bad and the car felt like it had no power steering. Of course they can’t help but car not having power seats. None of this was good for my arthritis. I feel that it could’ve been maintained. Maybe it’s just the way the car is. If so, remind me never to buy a Nissan Sentra.”
“The service was very good, the 12 passenger van were great and clean and comfortable. Only problem is times of operation. Open up at 8 am and close at 6 pm is only 10 hours of a one day rental. A one day rental should be 24 hours.”

“I chose the Alamo location at Evansville Airport because it’s small and convenient, but this recent experience truly stood out.
I only needed a car for one day but had a fairly long drive ahead. At pickup, Dane went above and beyond by upgrading my vehicle at no charge to something slightly larger and safer once he learned how far I’d be traveling. He even gave me his business card and encouraged me to reach out if I had any issues, which was such a thoughtful touch (thankfully I had no issues).
On return I was a few minutes late, and Tyler was incredibly kind and made sure I wasn’t charged for an extra day. These small but meaningful acts of customer service made a big impression. This team truly goes above and beyond, and together they absolutely secured my future business. I’ll be renting here again and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you for your excellent, caring, and friendly customer service!”

“I recently got injured back in January in a work accident that left me a paraplegic, I returned home in June to continue therapy locally and had to search for a way back and fourth. I stumbled upon Comaire and they have been my source of transportation for the last few months with it ending Friday due to me finally going to be driving my self. Comaire treated me like family and I would recommend them for any transportation needs. They are always on time, professional & always made me feel welcome. Everyone from Kim & Josh to Jenny behind the desk they have always made sure I was took care of. They have the best drivers around. “I was concerned because of the poor reviews, so I reserved the vehicle a day early just to allow for mistakes. They had a 15 passenger van for me. I had reserved the 12 passenger, but they helped me remove a couple of seats to allow room for luggage (it is the same chassis). Staff was courteous, respectful, patient and helpful; which seems to be an increasingly rare occurance in my customer service experiences. Good job, guys.”

“Zero hassle car rental. I've rented here 2-3 times recently and every time was a great experience...on one occasion, 9 out of 10 return vehicles had NOT been returned, and the customer service team at this location STILL found a way to get me a proper rental for our trip. Staff here is top notch and give great service.”
