“One star review that's what I initially gave Quality Automotive . Unfortunately I had an emergency with my vehicle it needed to be towed to a shop quality was the closest and had some of the best reviews in town . I called quality spoke to the owner confirm dropping my vehicle off after hours . He told me it would be a week before it could be looked at which I was fine with . A week goes by I stop in just to check on status. To my surprise no one knew where my vehicle came from . and considering "having t towed" I was told . At this point I was slightly aggravated . Now the front desk and waiting room was packed parking lot was full phones were ringing off the hook . The frustration was not only on my end . After a back and forth reluctantly they got my truck repaired. t wo calipers and brake lines in 2 days. Which I was impressed with and the price tag was not ridiculous very reasonable . So The Exchange I had at the front counter however still aggravating was not worth noting. my truck was fixed I was cool 5 months later I have what appears to be brake fluid all over my rims on the sides where the calipers were replaced. Then I looked up their number Yelp review popped up so I gave him a one-star review. wrote another long story such as this one about how horrible they were . After my review I called quality to discuss the problem. they asked me to bring in my truck the next day . After looking at my truck determining the calipers and the brake lines were done correctly there was a domino effect from axle seals blah blah blah pretty much the emergency messed up a lot more than initially known. Long story short after diagnosing the problem fixing rear seal and front seal on axles replacing two calipers and brakes in less than a full day . I get my truck back expecting a outrageous price tag . To my surprise it was barely $100 over the initial estimate. And I know the calipers were an absolute bear to get off they could have charged me way more on labor . Customer service was way different this round actually spoke with Jeff the owner about my one star review and that is why I wrote this long post . The timing on our first encounter wasn't the best timing for either one of us. But the second round they actually lived up to their name these guys actually are quality and they are reasonably priced. I appreciate Jeff saying something to me about the review. Rarely do we business owners have the opportunity to discuss our respond to these review sites and quite frankly I'm disappointed in myself for even giving one . But my ego got the best of me. So far all is good with my truck. Jeff was to the point and honest . That is a rare thing to find with mechanics if I'm not black listed because of my first review I will definitely continue to use these guys to work on my vehicle .”

Went in and they told me that my brakes were good but that there was some squealing coming from the rotor when it's hot, but that it's safe and not to worry. It's always a good sign when you have mechanics who are honest, as they could have replaced my brakes without saying anything. I highly recommend them!”

“What a miracle. I hit a curve on the wet pavement on Friday going out in search for a Christmas gift. Thanks to having a man in the car with me that knew some people. I made it to a mechanic going 7 miles per hour on my bent rim. I had just bought the car used like 5 or 6 months ago from a dealership. It did not have a spare tire in it when I bought it but the first thing I did, with my mom and dad's help, was order a new rim and a new tire for backup. The next day the part was fixed and mechanic just needed a new tire. We showed up early to get the spare out to have a new tire put on it and discount did it in like 1.5 hours as soon as the car fixer called to see where we were discount was done with the tire. “I have now been to Riverside Tires Multiple times and they have been amazing to work with! Nice guys and the owner Coco is so real and honest!!! I have a size of tire that is hard to find...very rarely does a used or even name branded tire shop have my size in stock! They have to order them or just don't have it!! So I call over to Riverside tire and with in less than a 3 min phone. And I know that they have them and the price which is almost a quarter of the cost of all the places in town! And I have had tires that were basically brand new from about 2 years ago that were almost perfect and no tread gone from the tires.... that I am just now replacing!! Which is just plain awesome when it comes to tires I need for my car!! If anyone ever needs a spare or newer used tires for your car...go see Riverside Tire! “I've done business with Tony at General for many years and bought fleet tires and passenger car tires. If you want a coffee shop atmosphere and a pedicure this is not the place for you. If you want good service, good prices on good tires then this is the place you should try. Gerneral Tire was able to find tires for some rare wheel sizes that we had on some of our trucks. Very satisfied with the service. You do need to bring your car in becasue the same guy you talk to on the phone is probably working on somebody's vehicle. No commissioned salespeople answering the phones here.”

“Princeton, Indiana Location!!This once was a great place, and value! They were nice, but, we were overcharged, I figure about 500$! Hubby got 2 tires, 517.64! walmart has same exact for 70$ cheaper, 2 tires were 300$ for 2! he got, upper controll arm, and lower ball joint, same side and out tie rod on opposite side, front end alignment, 89.95$, 3 seperate overlapping labor charges, @ 110.00 hr labor, when, plus, seperate 89.95$ for alignment! they put o'Reilly parts on, I called, priced outer tie rod, which was 17$ they charged us 71.46$ the ball joint cost 34$, they charged us 93.64, charged us 34.94 for service/environmental fees! I called, spoke with Eric, and he said, they charge everyone that, and they kept his truck overnight, loaned him a shuttle vehicle, which was nice, but, really?? our bill was $$ 1318.93! with, excessive overcharges, overlapping labor charges, which was more than book time also, x3, labor charges! you darn skippy, we was not happy! I am quite sure, that we were overcharged approx 500$! Live and learn! we should have, bought our own parts, tires, had them installed elsewhere, so no overlapping labor costs x3, plus alignment, when all that was apart anyway! only let them do the Initial, front end alignment only, had work done elsewhere! Geez! then, they said, they didnt even bill us for the upper controll arm! makes you wonder! still, overpaid by approx 500$ i would love to put a public picture of this bill on here!! positive side: Nice and cordial, while overcharging for everything, except front end alignment, and tire disposal fee, ! Guarantee! this wont EVER, happen again!!!!”

“This review is for their fuel station only. This Sam's location has easy access off a main road, namely Virginia Street, making it convenient. Unlike other locations this one has only a single pump in each lane but they do have 12 lanes available. I did see multiple people using the "wrong" side and stretching the hose to fit their caps on the opposite side of their vehicles with no problem. The lines seemed to be moving rather quickly probably because of the single pump per lane. In other words, I didn't have to wait for two people to fill up and move on. The lines were not overflowing like at my home Sam's in Greenwood.Today's fuel price was $3.17 for regular which was 16 cents cheaper than the gas stations across the street. One thing I do wish for is a faster processing on the screens. The screens on the pumps seem to be slow or hesitating more than other fuel stations of other brands.”
