“We just started taking out dog and two cats here within the last couple of months. We used to take our animals to a vet in the Fort Branch area but couldn’t afford the wait times there.We have a cat that has been urinating on things and other issues. They are very understanding when you don’t understand things and seem to do very thorough examinations and testing. We found out that cat has a thyroid issue. We were given a prescription for medications and options beforehand on how we wanted to handle the treatment. We were also offered information about a number of things including OTC treats to try to calm her daily anxiety.Throughout our times in the office and during phone calls questions have been answered very well and I never feel like I’m taking up someone’s day, which I appreciate immensely.The facility is clean and well staffed. If everything continues this way I think my husband and I will continue taking our fur babes here forever. We feel like they are getting the care they need and we trust them.”

“We take our pets to Banfield (2 dogs, 4 cats). They have provided all of their care for over 5 years. We have Optimal Wellness Plans for all of them and love the service that comes with those plans. They adapted to Covid so quickly and continued to provide excellent care and service. I love hearing from the doctor after each visit for a detailed explanation of their visit and answers to all my questions. We never have a problem getting an appointment when we have a concern and they keep us on track with reminders for routine care. We are thankful for the way Dr. B, Dr. Satterfield, Dr. Griese, and all of the support staff love and care for our furry family.”
