“Super happy tenant over here!! These guys got me into my home so quickly. What is usually a stressful process was made easy and honestly fun with bohouse. My neighbors are awesome and everyone is super respectful and welcoming. I personally enjoy the access to the portal to pay all bills and the newsletters to keep me in the loop of upcoming events and info. The appliances are all very nice and the maintenance requests are responded to very promptly. There is also many ways to stay in contact with management even after hours so that's a major plus. Hands down one of the best places I've rented from in fort wayne. Happy to be here ?”

“We have lived in The Harrisons for the last two years and really love everything about it. The property manager, Michelle, is outstanding. She is very helpful and responds quickly to any issue we need help with. The maintenance man, Rob, is always available to help and is out there everyday. Kathy at the BND office, is so kind, helpful and friendly too. The lease on our place is very reasonable and each unit is built well, with keeping the noise of the ballpark out. Rob also is always cleaning the grounds and making sure the building is in ship shape. We have a ballpark view, which is awesome year round. We can watch games, concerts, fireworks, and events from the comfort of our balcony. The building is secured by gates underground for parking and key fobs for the elevator. It gives you that added feeling of security. We walk all over downtown, which has really come alive the last few years. The only thing we need now, is a grocery store Downtown. I highly recommend living at the Harrison, you will really enjoy the experience.”

“Vince came by when my pipes were frozen over the holiday weekend. He helped me strategically place some space heaters I had and by that evening everything was thawed. Also want to thank Larry so much for taking my call Christmas Eve and offering to bring me water until the pipes thawed even though he was swamped with other frozen customers. Great work guys!”

“I spoke with the Regional Manager and Dustin. The Regional Manager was helpful and professional by setting up an appointment with Dustin. Dustin was kind enough to show me two different apartments. The staff shortage is noticed and they have a sign posted that they have a staff shortage. Both did a very nice job under the circumstances.”
“Just moved in a few days ago and have been impressed with the property, front desk staff, and maintenance crew. The grounds and facilities are beautiful. Docking a star because when we moved in our floors were soaking wet. So wet that we are on day 3 and they are still damp. Although grateful to know the floors were cleaned, the planning part of the cleaning could have been scheduled better. You can imagine our frustration as we are trying to move things in. Also, it is a little bizarre that the bedrooms and main living room do not have installed light fixtures. Especially considering the price we are paying, you'd think a basic commodity like lighting would be included. Just another added expense to worry about after a huge expensive move.Aside from those things, I think we will really enjoy being here. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of storage and space that we have. The apartment itself is beautiful. Would recommend to a friend.”
