“I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. What really stands out, though, is the management team. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference.
It’s clear that management takes pride in creating a positive living environment, and it shows in every aspect of the community. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!”
“I had the time of my life living on The Landing. The apartment was so beautiful and the views were of a dream overlooking Main St and the court house. The community is wonderful, respectful, and welcoming. The apartment and amenities are true luxury. Many apartments in Fort Wayne label themselves are luxury, but The Landing is the real deal. I will dearly miss living on The Landing and hope to call it my home again some day!”

From the very beginning Toni & Katlin was very professional & assist me on my entire move. I had a situation that occurred & was handle immediately after the
manager Linsey came off of vacation, on the second day of my move in. Linsey is very professional & her customer care has been top notch. Her bubbly personality & her warm welcome really made me feel at home.Just knowing that the property at Woodbridge is being managed by her& her assistance Nicole is a Blessing.”

“Super happy tenant over here!! These guys got me into my home so quickly. What is usually a stressful process was made easy and honestly fun with bohouse. My neighbors are awesome and everyone is super respectful and welcoming. I personally enjoy the access to the portal to pay all bills and the newsletters to keep me in the loop of upcoming events and info. The appliances are all very nice and the maintenance requests are responded to very promptly. There is also many ways to stay in contact with management even after hours so that's a major plus. Hands down one of the best places I've rented from in fort wayne. Happy to be here ?”

The grounds were beautifully maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean. Michelle was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. “Property management has been extremely responsive & helpful. I drove past Bluffton Park before applying to get an sense of the apartment complex/community myself after reading numerous reviews and being very skeptical. I will say the interior looked very nice, actually, they looked just like the photos. I seen someone say the parking lot was ran down, dark ect so I was expecting the worst...That was not the truth.. it was well lit. some tenants blinds did need repaired which was the only red flag from the parking lot i noticed but i can only assume the tenant was responsible for damaging the blinds.. One tenants had their curtains open a bit and their apartment appeared beautiful. Nice paint/spacious, nicely furnished. I can't fully rate 5 stars until I do my tour but I do like the complex so far. Amenities are very close banks, grocery stores gas station ect. They actually exceeded my expectations.”

“The maintenance guy Greg did a really good job helping me with some work today. Very friendly thorough and made sure everything got done properly. He replaced my lightbulbs in my kitchen and living room. Space and unplugged my toilet since I am disabled and cannot do it myself I appreciate the back up when I needed it from the maintenance crew. Thanks, Greg.”
