“THANK YOU MISTY! I had a delivery order complete with a photo and description of item x 4 and marked no substitutions of this hard to find item. It said I was ordering from THIS store. Well, my delivery came and it’s very obviously the wrong item AND came from a different store chestnut hills, who obviously knew they were giving me a squishy pack of pads as opposed to a box of different type altogether!! The DUPONT Location and MISTY took the time and effort to make this right for me even though she had ZERO BLAME. Shame on you chestnut hills, so much for not having to drive to the store.”

“Popped in for a chest x-ray at 7 pm before they closed. Check in process was easy via a tablet at the entrance.
I waited 2 minutes until my name was called. The young woman that checked me for signatures and insurance coverage info was friendly and fast.
Another 5 minutes later the X-ray technician called me back. She was easy to work with and asked a lot of questions while also getting her work done.
In and out in 15 minutes and service with a smile. Great location and staff here.”

“Just a heads up if you can make an appointment in advance as it will save you so much time just in case the lobby is swamped with walk ins.
Lab technicians have always been nice, do an amazing job.
I won't go anywhere else to get my bloodwork done.
Results are normally back anywhere from 1 to 3 days.
No issues with billing ,insurance too.

“Needed some blood testing done for annual checkup. Found ALTN to be a great value compared with some other options I explored. I was able to schedule and even pay online. Got three a few minutes before my scheduled time and they were able to take me early! The blood draw was quick, easy, and professional. I will be using them again”
