went in for a throat infection, got told idk what it is handed a steroid an that's that. 0 out of 10 wish i would got the medical license number

Bad sinus infection and blockage, worse headache of my life and vomiting. Wednesday 11am, 2 minute wait, didn't even have time to finish HIPA paper. Jamie Lynne Richardson NP, made accurate diagnosis and followed up with appropriate and aggressive treatment. I feel soo much better. Glad I went in.

The front desk, nurses, MAs, NPs, PAs, and Doctors here are all very hardworking. I understand the wait that I need to have because it's busy but when I got roomed in, I saw how the providers and care team are just doing their best in providing efficient care for everyone.
