There is only ever one or two people working when I come in and its always busy. So Definitely not saying anything bad about employees they are all awesome and friendly. 5 stars for them. But a little more care and respect from people would be great. But FREE AIR AND FREE VACUUM. and when your done there a cute little car wash. Thank you for that part Lassus Handy Dandy.”

“I absolutely enjoy stopping in this gas station. The manager (Kathy) always greets me and my employees by first name and is always so very friendly. Today as I was checking out with Angie it was nice to see that Kathy is wearing off on her coworkers as I was greeted very kindly and enjoyed the small talk while the transaction processed. Great job Lassus on finding and keeping great staff!”

“We live locally and use this CVS frequently for family prescriptions. I have had repeated good customer service experiences with the pharmacy staff. Today, a wonderful lady with blue green hair made extra effort to help find a sticker for my daughter.It was a little thing and there was a line but it meant a lot. My daughter is sick with a chronic illness and understood why we were going to the pharmacy ?. God bless her for brightening my little girl's day”
“Very Best Walgreens In Town! Very clean and the employees were friendly and everything was neat and tidy! The technician gave me a flu shot and a tetanus vaccination and made the experience very pleasant and I wasn't nervous a bit! definitely recommend this Walgreens to everyone in Fort wayne!”

“I was in this store a few weeks ago to pick up some sodas that were on sale. The display at the front of the store did not have enough of the item I wanted and the cashier (Crystal) left her register and got the items for me from the shelves further towards the back of the store because she noticed I have limited mobility. I never asked for her help but she took it on herself to help a customer.
I was back in the store this week for a similar purchase and she was again at the register and I thanked her for previously going out of her way to help me and asked her name so I could write a review of her store. When I left the store using a cart to carry my purchases to the car, another store employee saw me going out the door and came outside to take the cart back into the store for me.
I have also noticed an attentive and friendly young man on the photo department.
This store manager seems to be doing a great job obtaining and training the employees to be friendly and courteous to the customers.

“The CVS in Butler did not have our grandson’s prescription available until the next day. He was miserable with an ear infection. I called around and found it was available at the Leo store, which was closing in 25 minutes. Not only did they fill the last minute script but also stayed until I arrived! Thank you so much!”

“One of the only places that sells 91 octane. It’s cheaper than 93 that most stations offer as premium, but still works perfectly if you drive a car that requires premium. The store is large, has a great selection and is always clean. I go out of my way to stop at Lassus over any other gas station!”
