“Our first encounter with Martin was for an early morning emergency repair, before going on a trip to Alabama.We had just moved to Mishawaka, and knew no one. We called Martin's Auto Clinic, because their website said they opened at 7a.He personally answered the phone and told us to come right over.He temporarily fixed the problem, gave us 2 jugs of antifreeze, and told us to check the water level every few hours. We made the appointment for the permanent repair and he sent us on our way, without accepting a penny. The trip was fine with no problems. “We were visiting family on Christmas, and our Early 2000s Cadilac died. We had it towed to Zolmans the day after Christmas, They got it in very fast, and diagnosed a bad alternator. Within 2 1/2 hours, they installed a new one, and we were paying the bill, which was reasonable. And were out the door. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. Everyone seemed nice, and hospitable!”

“My family was on a 6 hour road trip North and we ran over a nail and got a steady leak in our front tire. We urgently found this Discount Tire and made an appointment. We got here two hours before our appointment and Miguel took care of us right away. We had our tire replaced within 30 minutes, and for free, per Discount Tire’s policy when you buy tires from them. Clean waiting area with plenty of room. All of the workers we interacted with were upbeat, friendly and professional. Back on the road quickly with a new tire!”

“Needed my tire patched after finding a nail in it. Called and spoke to Braxton the Assistant Manager and was told business was coming in waves but they could help me out without an appointment. Drove straight there and was helped super fast! Took about an hour as they got a bit busy in the time it took me to get there. Work was done very well and they did it for free! Absolute surprise to not be charged and was very very appreciated especially in this economy! Would recommend them 100% of the time. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Will come back hopefully not for a nail in the tire though!”
