Went on Maps to get directions and this location came up as legitimate. It is not! The proper location is on West 82nd place. Huge mixup and bad administrative procedures. But.. the office staff was great, and the work was done well. Very happy with that. Truck has chips repaired( can't even see them), and rear slider is completely renewed. Great work!”

“This is our second visit to Govert as we had taken my wife's Lexus there after it was struck by a blown semi tire. As a result of a very positive experience then, we returned to have my Honda Passport repaired after it was struck in a parking lot. Again, we really appreciated all of the the help that Dave provided navigating the process of the claim and obtaining a rental car. Hopefully we will not be needing any more work done in the near future, but if we do, we will be going to Govert.”

“Great job replacing parts from a roundabout accident. Friendly crew, explained everything needed to be done. Picked up and dropped off rental there, very convenient. Only bad thing was paying for a headlight assembly for opposite side so they would match, but that was my choice, not their fault. It was cheaper than ordering one online. Overall I’m satisfied with the service I got!”
