I hate this pharmacy so much. They NEVER answer the phone and now the app is telling me that I don't have any refills on a prescription when my nurse practitioner just sent one in August. I'm switching my business to Meijer.

Every time I call it rings and rings for at least 15 minutes. When I'm there the phone rings constantly. Last night as I waited to pick up my prescription the pharmacist didn't even have his mask on. It was dangling from his ear. There were other employees back there with him too! And customers maybe 3 feet away. So sad.

The last 2 months I've went to get my script refilled they haven't had the medication. Last month I had to wait a week to get my script because they didn't look to see if they had it until the day it was due. Same story today. Supposedly it will be ready tomorrow. Grrrr!
