There’s a lot of people that are jobless right now, and can’t seem to land a job that will take your job in a heartbeat, so if I was you I would be Grateful and actually treat people how you would want to be treated. You got lucky!!!! Because SUE is my middle name, so count your days you may not be so lucky next time. Again thank you Eugene you were amazing and we need more people out there that care more. “Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department. I tried to install them as I've done on previous vehicles I've owned but at 77 years old no longer have the hand strength I once had. My son will install them for me.
