I have to give a MAJOR shoutout to Jasmin - we had a coverage issue that came up randomly and Jasmin worked tirelessly to get it resolved. I can’t describe how safe we felt in her hands- it was like having a big sister go to bat for us. She sent us updates at every step, and it honestly felt like she personally cared and wasn’t going to put up with bureaucracy. This issue took a couple months to resolve, and more than one of her emails made me giggle because she was so fiercely on our side. We love Jasmin.
