Great atmosphere and drinks. Bar seats fill fast but there is still plenty of seating for groups.

Parking: The parking on the immediate property is ample but can fill quickly.The overflow parking lot looks to be owned by other folks and it is significantly pockmarked the further out you are from the bar

This is my go to place to hang out so I am not quite 100% objective here. This place is the quintessential neighborhood bar and restaurant for me. Great prices, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere.
Must be 21 to enter. Stop by the Irish Mutt for cold drinks and made-fresh food. Stay for the good times. Manley's Irish Muttt is owned and operated by Mike and Jennifer Manley. Mike and Jennifer both grew up on the Eastside of Indianapolis. Wanting to give their community a place for friends and family to gather for a good time.
Although we are proud of our Irish heritage, all are welcome. Because we know that everyone has a little Irish in ’em!
