Their sales technician staff is fantastic. There are little to no wait times, and you get to speak to a person immediately! Grace and Justin are both very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the products. Do not buy a mixer from, this company.We have a brand new 10HP dispersion mixer installed properly, and it just fell arbitrarily on the operator.Be very careful if using this company.

I have spoken to so many different reps for the past three months and have yet to get a quote for a mixer I've provided specs for. The staff has very low attention to detail and is incredible slow. Absolutely infuriating.
