I have never been upsale in my life. I used to be a shop owner and used the same software this company does. They were way over priced. Find someone who can go over their labor rates and time to do that job. Remember they work for you.

Can't follow simple directions when it comes to towing a vehicle. Charged me $400 after they hid my car in their impound. Poor customer service. Go anywhere but here!
