Haley and the staff at the LaGrange branch have ALWAYS exceeded by a wide margin the expected level of service. I cannot say enough good about my experience there.

When i call the lagrange office, a call center in India answers and they go round and round and wont let you speak to the actual amercian bank that is just down the street. I just have a question for a person at the bank, I dont want to speak to india.
