Other reviews are old... Place is clean and updated. Room is clean, quite and roomy. Bed is very comfortable and sheets are very clean, no stains or blood spots as other reviews state. No carpet n no bugs! Staff is very friendly.Walkability: Gas across the parking lot. Restaurants within walking distance.

Employees don’t care and are drunk everyday, there’s roaches and bed bugs. There was a leak in the ceiling leaking on the bed and the owner just came in and painted over it.

Nice clean stable environment. Perfect for the family to save some bills, but yet have a nice clean room. The staff are nice and friendly, and the do weekly to monthly rent. It's right there with the ones that charge double amount. Check it out, Kings
